We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to act as a trusted partner for managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. The role combines operational HR support, recruitment, talent development and the implementation of local and Group HR initiatives.
HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters and employment law.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance and offboarding processes.
- Support workforce planning, payroll-related topics and HR administration.
- Drive HR projects and Group HR initiatives, including talent, performance management, employee surveys, HR projects.
- Coordinate learning and development activities as well as employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Solid knowledge of Austrian employment law.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Fluent German and good English [min. B2].
- Experience with MS Office and HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
