For our growing team in CLAAS Central Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Tractor (m/f/d) in permanent employment as soon as possible.

Sales & Rental Business Manager - Tractors (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Development, implementation and coordination of the rental and sales business for tractors in Central Europe
• Analyze the rental business to optimize processes and prepare regular status reports
• Work closely together with the CLAAS product management team and sales department for new developments and implementation of measures especially for the tractor business in the Region Central Europe and Middle Europe
• Sales partner support for development and implementation of measures for consistently growth in the tractor business in the Region Central Europe and Middle Europe
• Support projects in the tractor business for Region Middle Europe
• Data collection and analysis to consistently align products with market requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor / Master's in agriculture or economics or comparable qualification
• Experience in agricultural machinery business and in coordination of projects
• Good communication skills, assertiveness and resilience
• Ability to impart knowledge, to work in a team as well as structured work
• Flexibility / willingness to travel frequently (also for several days)
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and SAP
• Good German and English skills
